As a health coach, I would work with you by listening and helping you explore your behaviours to understand
what change would be beneficial to your health and wellbeing. For example, we might look at what physical
activity you would like to do or how to improve your healthy eating. It goes further than that though because
it can help clarify your health goals and then implement and sustain behaviours, lifestyles and attitudes that
are conducive to good health. As well as this it can help reduce the negative impact made on your life by
chronic conditions such as heart disease, cancer or arthritis.
