a crack in everything
That's what lets
the light in"

Counsellor and Supervisor
My counselling career began many years ago with an interest in psychology
and what makes people tick and led me down the avenue of changing my
career in 2004 after several years in customer services in the computer and
manufacturing industries. From my early career I gained a wealth of experience
in the corporate world, working individually and in teams, as well as a grounding
in various IT systems. This brought me into contact with people in a variety of
cultures and countries and during most of the '90s, I lived and worked in London
and Bristol before moving back to Glasgow in 1999.
I qualified in 2005 and have been practising as a counsellor, and subsequently as a supervisor, at the
Tom Allan Centre since then and developing my private practice including being able to offer counselling online.
More recently I have expanded my skills to include health coaching.
I am an accredited and registered member of BACP (The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy).
